Free Standard Shipping on U.S. orders over $100. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.


International Shipping

We ship to select countries. Keep in mind: customs fees are on you, the buyer.


Tracking

Once shipped, we’ll send you tracking details so you can follow your order like a mission.


Delays

We’re not in control of carrier delays, but we’ll be here to help if something goes wrong.


Address Accuracy

Check your address twice before placing the order—no one wants to deal with that villainous "wrong address" mistake. If you spot an issue, hit us up at info@noctyxa.com to fix it.


Lost Packages

Once the carrier marks it as “delivered,” they’re responsible. If it’s lost, contact them. But if you need help, we got your back.


Returns

  • 14-Day Return Window: If something’s off, you’ve got 14 days to return it.
  • Condition: It needs to be unused, with tags and original packaging.
  • Proof of Purchase: Required for all returns.

Damaged/Incorrect Items

If your item is defective or wrong, let us know ASAP so we can sort it out.


Exceptions

  • Sale Items & Gift Cards: Can't be returned.
  • EU Customers: Enjoy a 14-day return window, no questions asked.
